Reaching out to stakeholders and sustaining community relationships
Effectively, engaging with stakeholders can create a sense of ownership and inclusion and help build social cohesion. The process of reaching out to stakeholders can be illustrated as happening in three broad phases:
Cities from the CLEVER Cities project have shared examples, tools and methods of the engagement processes applied during the project lifetime. A sampling of the engagement processes from different phases will demonstrate several ways of involving stakeholders, communicating and listening to residents, and sustaining relationships over time.
